產(chǎn)品用途：

This machine is a processing equipment for crushing, mixing, cleaning and kneading in the production of rubber lump. Its function is to cut the rubber lump into smaller size and fully expose the impurities in the rubber to facilitate cleaning. The rubber block enters the body through repeated processing of crushing, mixing, cleaning and kneading. The extruded small rubber blocks are more loose and soft and clean. This machine is suitable for processing various rubber blocks.

Work Principle :

The machine consists of two left and right movable blades assembled on the main shaft and four fixed blades assembled on the machine body. The moving knife is arranged in a spiral shape in the axial direction, and the cutting edge has a certain inclination. When the main shaft rotates, multiple sets of moving knives and fixed knives repeatedly cut the rubber materials, and at the same time, it has the effect of multiple squeezing and kneading; under the action of axial thrust, the soft and clean rubber is pushed to the discharging end. It is then extruded from the long hole at the end of the body and cut off by a blade attached to the end, thereby obtaining a small rubber which is convenient for creping. This machine is highly recommended in the production line of rubber.
